Elizabeth Palencia is an experienced professional with a background in case management and customer service, currently serving as a Work Study Participant at Yoga108 since November 2021 and as a Case Manager at St. Joseph Center since March 2021. Elizabeth has demonstrated skills in team development through the creation of instructional manuals and video tutorials, designed to assist in onboarding new case managers. Previous roles include facilitating outdoor adventure programs at California State University, Long Beach, where Elizabeth hosted presentations and managed equipment rentals. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from the Los Angeles Community College District.
