Anne Tinsley, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Volunteer Services and Recruitment Manager at St. John's Riverside Hospital, where responsibility encompasses overseeing volunteer services and recruitment initiatives since May 2021. Prior to this role, Anne held significant positions at Westmed Medical Group as a Senior Talent Partner and HR Business Partner, contributing to physician recruitment and human resources from February 2014 to April 2021. Anne's career began in administrative roles, including at the JCC on the Hudson and the Entrepreneurs' Organization, before advancing to human resources management at Oceanwide and other organizations. Education includes a SHRM-CP certification from Pace University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Management from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University.
