Tony Dickel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and talent management. As the CEO of Transcend International Group since January 2007, Tony has been instrumental in providing professional coach training and corporate solutions. Concurrently, as Country Director at The Potential Project since February 2014, Tony has focused on enhancing mental effectiveness and emotional balance in the workplace through mindfulness strategies. Additional roles include Master Level Counsellor at St. John's Cathedral Counselling Service and involvement with the International Coach Federation as Past President, where Tony now serves as President Emeritus. Educationally, Tony holds a Master of Counselling from Monash University and a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial College London, among other qualifications. Previous leadership positions span several organizations, including CEO at MRI China Group and Deputy COO and CFO at ABN AMRO Asia Ltd.
