Dottie Nestle has over 30 years of experience in the field of human resources. Dottie started their career as the Director of HR at Siemens Medical Systems, where they played a key role in the preparation for a joint venture with Draeger. Dottie then worked at Draeger Medical Systems as the Director of HR, where they developed internal training policies and procedures and successfully transferred significant assets.

In 2007, they joined Acusphere, Inc. as the Human Resources Director, responsible for recruiting efforts and providing support in immigration issues. Dottie also played a key role in the preparation of Pre-Approved Inspections with the FDA.

Dottie Nestle then served as the Director of HR at TriWire Engineering, where they developed and implemented employee training and management development programs. Dottie also revamped onboarding and recruiting processes.

At Enzymatics, they were the Director of HR and was responsible for strategic HR planning, recruiting, onboarding, and compensation and benefits. Dottie grew the company by over 300% and developed a fully automated HR department.

Before joining St. Jean's Credit Union as the Director of HR, they worked as an HR consultant at Symbotic and Integrated Human Resources, Inc.

Overall, Dottie Nestle has extensive experience in various HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy development.

Dottie Nestle has obtained a Human Resources Management Certification from Bentley College. Dottie has also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education at Salem State University.
