Kenny Lam is the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Blue Ocean Property Group, a boutique advisory firm based in New York specializing in Investment Sales, Capital Advisory, and Property Management. With a strong background in early stage investing, Kenny holds positions as an investor for multiple companies, including American Uranium, Laser Isotope Separation Technologies, Nano Nuclear Energy, Flewber, and St. James Gold Corp. Additionally, Kenny serves on the Board of Directors for the Chinese American Real Estate Association USA as Vice President and is a Director with an emphasis on increasing sponsorships and membership. As a member of the Board of Advisors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America, Kenny contributes to promoting sustainable home ownership in Asian American communities. Kenny co-founded the Real Estate Division at Financial Buzz Media and acts as a Strategic Advisor and former Managing Director at Prudential Borrowing, LLC, enhancing operations and market share. Kenny鈥檚 educational background includes a degree from Baruch College and attendance at Great Neck South High School.
