Erica Lindley is currently serving as the Head of Teacher Training at St Giles International since December 2023, following a tenure as an English Language Teacher and Teacher Trainer at the same institution. Prior to that, Erica worked as an English Language Teacher at Language in Group from August 2008 to August 2010 and at Aihua International Education from September 2007 to June 2008. Erica's educational qualifications include a Certificate in Dyslexia, Literacy, Support and Intervention from the British Dyslexia Association, a Postgraduate Award of Proficiency in Access Arrangements Assessment from Include-ed, a Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from UCL, a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults from International House Madrid, and a Bachelor of Arts in Ceramic Design from the University of the Arts London.
