Cynthia Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cynthia began their career as a Data Entry Specialist at Follett Higher Education in 2010 and held the position until 2013. Cynthia then moved on to Ross Stores, Inc., where they worked as an Assistant Manager from 2013 to 2017. At Ross Stores, they were responsible for managing floor teams, processing payroll, monitoring job applications, and conducting interviews.

In 2017, Cynthia joined Wag Labs Inc. as a Senior Hiring Coordinator. During their tenure, they reviewed hundreds of applications daily, evaluated candidates' skills and knowledge in dog safety and care, and conducted orientations for walker candidates. Cynthia stayed with the company until 2019.

Currently, Cynthia holds the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at St. Francis Medical Center, starting in 2023. Cynthia'sresponsibilities include managing the full cycle ATS system, handling multiple requisition loads, and engaging candidates during the onboarding process.
