Katharine Kaplan is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in major gifts and executive search roles. Currently serving as the Senior Major Gifts Officer at St. Francis House since January 2021, Kaplan previously held the position of Vice President and Senior Consultant at Development Guild/DDI from 2007 to April 2020, where work included collaborations with notable organizations such as Boston Children’s Hospital Trust and the National Audubon Society. Additional consulting experience includes a role at Koya Leadership Partners and significant contributions as the Assistant Director of Major Gifts for the Boston Symphony Orchestra from 1989 to 1996. Kaplan holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts.
