Ryan Fiereck currently serves as the President of Education Minnesota St. Francis, leading six bargaining units through negotiations and managing budgeting and grant writing for non-profit organizing. Fiereck has held multiple positions, including Contract Negotiator for Grades 3-5, Vice President, and Governing Board member, focusing on member protection, conflict resolution, and fostering leadership among educators. In addition to roles in education leadership, Fiereck teaches Secondary Business and Computer Technology at ISD 15 and holds various teaching positions spanning from K-12.
