Amie Wilson is a seasoned Senior Speech and Language Therapist at St. Elizabeth's since March 2016, specializing in communication and swallowing management for higher education learners and adults with complex health needs linked to epilepsy. Previous experience includes a role as a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust, where Amie focused on augmentative and alternative communication services, and locum cover at the London Borough of Hackney addressing community learning disabilities. Prior to these positions, Amie contributed to Whittington Health as a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, supporting complex communication disorders, and as a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant Practitioner at North East London NHS Foundation Trust, providing interventions for various patient populations. Amie holds a Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Science from UCL and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of the West of England.
