Natalee Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Natalee currently serves as the Director of Communications at St. David's Episcopal Church. Prior to this role, they worked at Trinity Episcopal Church - Swarthmore as the Coordinator of Children's Ministries, where they developed and implemented programming for children and collaborated on intergenerational activities. Natalee also held the position of Associate for Communications and Administration at the Church of St. Martin-in-the-fields. Additionally, Natalee has volunteered as a Graphic Designer and Publications contributor at Trinity Episcopal Church, Swarthmore. Natalee has also served as the Administrative Council Chair at Swarthmore United Methodist Church and as the Youth Director at the same church. Earlier in their career, Natalee held positions at the Theatre Alliance of Greater Philadelphia as a Communications Manager and Office Manager. Natalee started their professional journey as a Work Study in the Department of Theatre and Dance at Muhlenberg College.

Natalee Hill attended Muhlenberg College from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Theatre, specializing in Stage Management and Performance. In 2017, they also received a Certificate in Church Management from the Villanova School of Business.
