Shaun E. has extensive experience in hospice care and business development, currently serving as a Care Transition Coordinator and Business Development professional at St. Croix Hospice since June 2023. Previously, Shaun held multiple roles at TheKey, including Client Success Manager and Home Care Liaison, focusing on building referral relationships and ensuring client satisfaction from May 2018 to June 2023. Shaun’s earlier experience includes managing a pediatric team and patient care management at JourneyCare, alongside serving as a Lead Chaplain at Monarch Hospice & Palliative Care. Shaun began a career in substance abuse counseling with Professional Diagnostic Services, Inc. Shaun E. holds a Master of Divinity from the University of Saint Mary of the Lake and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Sacred Heart Major Seminary.
