Catherine Simpson, MBA, has extensive experience in social services, currently serving as a Case Coordinator and Crisis Intervention Specialist at St. Coletta of Wisconsin since January 2001. Prior to this role, Catherine worked as a Customer Service Representative at Indigo Books Music & Café from 1999 to 2000, providing customer support online and via telephone.
