Gretchen K. has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. From 2000 to 2010, they worked as a Medical Transcriptionist, performing transcription duties. Gretchen then joined St. Charles Health System in 2007 and held various roles throughout their tenure. Starting as a Patient Access Representative, they progressed to roles such as Clinic Coordinator, Clinic Supervisor, Clinic Manager, and Ambulatory Access Manager. In January 2020, they became the Administrative Director of Ambulatory Access Management.

From 2017 to 2019, Gretchen K. attended Western Governors University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
