Nick Kohlberg, MPH, has extensive experience in public health emergency planning and advocacy. Currently serving as a Public Health Emergency Planner for St. Charles County Government since June 2015, Kohlberg develops all-hazards emergency operations plans and enhances operational readiness through exercises and training initiatives. Previous roles include Commissioner for the City of Columbia Substance Abuse Advisory Commission, Team Leader at Jumpstart, and Co-Chair of the Missouri Public Health Advocacy Coalition, where contributions focused on substance abuse prevention and public health policy engagement. Kohlberg holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Promotion and Policy, as well as a Bachelor of Health Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
