Rowena Felix Salas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and board leadership. As a Co-Owner and General Manager at Hotel Baker since August 2003, Rowena has demonstrated strong capabilities in overseeing operations. In addition, Rowena serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at North Central College and is actively involved with multiple organizations, including the St. Charles Business Alliance and Generation Rescue, among others. Rowena’s past roles include ownership of Bridges, A Gallery of Fine Art, partnership at Salon Rose, and various managerial positions at Rush University Medical Center, where Rowena contributed to marketing and recruitment efforts. Rowena holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rush University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Natural Science from North Central College.
