Jill McMullen has extensive experience in health administration and program management, currently serving as Medicaid Program Manager and Medicaid Program Advisor for the New York State Department of Health since November 2017. Previous roles include Part-Time Program Manager at St. Catherine's Center for Children from January 2012 to January 2024, Data Analyst at St. Peter's Health Partners from June 2016 to May 2017, and Administrative Specialist for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany from May 2004 to May 2010. Jill also contributed as a Covid-19 Emergency Responder for the NYS Department of Health in 2020. Jill holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from the University at Albany School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Maria College.
