Sarah H. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior Reward & Policy Manager at St Austell Brewery since September 2022, where significant contributions include establishing the Reward and Policy Center of Excellence and implementing a job evaluation and salary benchmarking project. Prior to this role, Sarah H. advanced the HR Business Partnering approach at St Austell Brewery and developed a professional HR team. Previously, Sarah H. held several positions at DHL Supply Chain from June 2011 to September 2022, culminating in the role of Senior / Lead Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing HR service delivery across various sectors and locations.
