Luke Porisch has a diverse work experience spanning for over 20 years. Luke began their career in 2001 as a Developmental Engineer in the United States Air Force. From there, they moved onto Rockwell Collins as an Engineer IV/Strategy Manager. In 2006, they joined Spectranetics as the Manager of New Product Development and then moved onto Valent BioSciences in 2012, where they served as the Engineering Manager until 2017. In 2017, they became the Vice President of St Ansgar State Bank and later held the position of Chief Executive Officer. Currently, they are serving as the President & Chief Executive Officer of the same firm.

Luke Porisch began their education in 1993 at St. Ansgar High School, where they earned a Diploma in 1997. Luke then attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering. From 2003 to 2005, Luke attended Harvard University, where they earned an SM - Master of Science degree in Engineering Sciences.
