Kathy Bowler has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Recruiter/HR at St. Ann's Home & School since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kathy was the Traditional Care Director at Ashland Farm at North Andover from June 2021 to February 2022. Additionally, Kathy worked at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital as a Staffing Coordinator for two separate periods, from October 2017 to September 2018 and from July 2019 to June 2020. Kathy began a career in healthcare staffing as a Scheduling Supervisor at Home Health Foundation/Home Health VNA/Home Care Inc., where tenure lasted from September 2005 to September 2017. Kathy's educational background includes studies at Northern Essex Community College and St. Mary’s High School.
