Steven Harris has a range of work experience in the field of football coaching and program management. Steven has worked as an Offensive Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator/Associate Head Coach at St. Andrews University since 2016, where they have been responsible for various aspects of the program, including budgeting, scheduling, and purchasing. Steven has also implemented successful offensive strategies, contributing to high rankings in rushing yards and pass efficiency. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Football Coach at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Muskingum University. In addition, Steven has experience in admissions and youth care as an Admissions Associate at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Youth Care Specialist at FOUNDATIONS FOR LIVING, and an intern at Life's Academy. Overall, Steven has a strong background in football coaching and program development.

Steven Harris earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from Ferrum College, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Steven went on to pursue a Master's of Arts in Education with a focus on Adult and Continuing Education at Muskingum University from 2012 to 2014.
