Ms. Nichole Field has been at St. Andrew’s Schools since 2014, and has served as the Principal of the Upper School since 2017 and has worked in education for over twenty years.
Prior to joining St. Andrew’s Schools, she was with Kamehameha Schools Public Education Support Division, supporting Native Hawaiian-Focused Charter schools, in the Hawai’i Department of Education as a Social Studies teacher, Department Chair, and as the State Resource Teacher for Social Studies.
While she began her teaching career in elementary classrooms, the majority of her experience has been in teaching high school social studies in public and private schools. Ms. Field is committed to supporting upper school students and families to ensure that all students are able to meet their potential, and are supported to uncover their natural gifts and talents.
Ms. Field holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island, an MA in Political Science with a focus on international relations, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Secondary Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, as well as her Hawaii State Teacher’s license.
Outside of school, Ms. Field enjoys traveling, hiking, playing music, and spending time with her husband and three daughters, at the beach and in the mountains.
Ms. Field is the proud parent of a 2021 Priory graduate.
