Michael Carney is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Managing Partner at Slater Slater Schulman LLP and Of Counsel at Oakwood Legal Group since February 2020. Prior to these roles, Michael held the position of Deputy District Attorney at the Riverside County District Attorney's Office for nearly 15 years, following a brief tenure as a Summer Law Clerk at the Alameda County District Attorney's Office. Michael Carney holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UC San Diego. Michael is an alumnus of Point Loma High School.
