William Jaskola is a Senior Litigation Associate at Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP since September 2023, with extensive experience in commercial, construction, real estate, and general business litigation across state and federal courts. Prior to this role, William served in similar positions at Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer LLP from August 2007 to September 2023, the Law Offices of Melvin J. Kalish from May 2004 to August 2007, and Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti, LLP from June 2000 to May 2004. William's litigation practice encompasses all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and conducting trials and appeals. Earlier career experience includes handling insurance defense matters at Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford P.C. and general business litigation at Weinberg & Kert. William holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Hofstra University.
