Randall Burks, Ph.D., Esq. serves as a Senior Appellate Attorney at Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP since April 2012, following a prior role in the same position at Bresky Law, which merged with SSRGA in May 2022. Prior to these roles, Randall Burks practiced law from April 2002 to April 2012, providing counsel to the legal departments of large government agencies in Florida while also engaging in private practice. Randall Burks holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration, Curriculum, and Instruction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Doctor of Law from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
