Manav Kohli

Head Chef at SSP Group

Manav Kohli has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Manav started as an intern at Harshna Group, where they worked in sales and inventory management. Manav then became the CEO of Rate my college.com, where they created a website for students to rate their colleges. After that, they worked as an intern cook at Universal Orlando Resort and Lausanne Palace, gaining experience in both hot and cold kitchens. Manav then joined Centara Hotels & Resorts as part of their Management Trainee Program, where they handled customer service, staff organization, and marketing strategies. Most recently, they worked as a project head at FRESH RUSH FOODS, leading a team in developing an e-commerce website and implementing social media campaigns. Currently, they are the head chef at SSP Sweden.

Manav Kohli's education history consists of various academic pursuits in different institutions and fields of study. From 2017 to 2019, Kohli attended the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland and the University of Derby simultaneously, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Prior to that, they attended Delhi University from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. Additionally, Kohli participated in summer programs at King's College London in 2014 and 2015, focusing on the subjects of International Relations and Affairs and The art of leadership, respectively.
