Johanna Erlandsson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Johanna began their career at Uplands Nation in 1995 as a Barmästare. From there, they worked at Eklundshof Konferensanläggning as a Servitris from 2000 to 2001. Johanna then moved on to Grand Hotell Hörnan as a Bartender in 2001. In 2002, they joined Inflight Service as a Bartender/Administratör until 2005. In 2005, they started working at Scandinavian Service Partner, where they held various positions including Supervisor, Assistant Unit Manager, Unit Manager/Avdelningschef, and Bar/restaurant Manager. Most recently, they are employed at SSP Sweden as an Operations Admin Support.

Johanna Erlandsson completed their studentexamen in Elteknik at Fyrisskolan from 1987 to 1990. Following this, they pursued their higher education at Uppsala University from 1990 to 1995, achieving a Fil kand degree in Antikens Kultur och samhällsliv.
