Natalie Weber, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, is a pharmacist with extensive experience in clinical settings. Currently serving as PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director at SSM Health since February 2023, Natalie also holds a pharmacist position at ThedaCare. From January 2012 to February 2023, Natalie worked at Ascension, advancing through roles including Lead Pharmacist and Clinical Staff Pharmacist, and was instrumental in developing the first PGY1 Residency Program in the Fox Valley. Previous experience includes a directorship at SSM Health's Inpatient Pharmacy Services and a decade-long tenure at Walgreens. Natalie holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Midwestern University and has contributed to medication safety, antimicrobial stewardship, and clinical initiatives throughout professional practice.
