Katie Germano is a seasoned professional in software engineering and healthcare analytics, currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering and Innovation at SSM Health since August 2021. In this role, Katie leads efforts in modernizing and digitalizing infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. Prior to this, Katie held positions as Engineering Manager at Lumen Technologies and CenturyLink, and worked as a Full Stack Developer at Lelander. Katie's career began in sales, with roles at ScriptPro and Fleming Pharmaceuticals, and included management experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University and has furthered education through LaunchCode’s Back-end Java Track.
