Karen Bradshaw is an experienced health care leader currently serving as the Regional Director of Community Health at SSM Health since November 2022. Previously, Karen held various roles at St. Louis Integrated Health Network from October 2010 to November 2022, including Interim Executive Team member, where leadership and management of the organization were provided during a CEO transition. In Karen's role as Director of Care Transitions Initiatives, success was achieved in overseeing a nationally recognized program that facilitated patient navigation from acute to outpatient care for over 100,000 patients. Earlier career experiences include serving as CRC Program Director and Community Referral Coordinator, focusing on care coordination for patients facing barriers to access. Prior to this, Karen was the Hunger Action Enabler at Presbytery of Giddings-Lovejoy, PCUSA, where a successful Fair Trade organization was established. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Social Work from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from American University.
