Ranjan Pathania has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as a Project Coordinator and Project Supervisor at Sshrishti since July 2017, where responsibilities include managing the day-to-day functioning of a Skill Development Center and overseeing training and mentoring initiatives. Prior to this role, Ranjan held various positions at EBULLIENT INFOTECH from August 2013 to June 2017 as Lead Operations in BPO, focusing on service delivery, process transition, and team mentoring. Ranjan also worked as Team Lead for BPO Operations at ARCIS E SERVICES from January 2010 to June 2013, and as a Senior Executive for Domestic Operations at Aegis Limited from December 2006 to December 2009. Early in the career, Ranjan gained customer support experience at SAFEXPRESS PVT. LTD. from April 2004 to June 2005. Ranjan holds a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies from Mumbai Hindi Vidyapeeth (2006-2008) and completed Higher Secondary Education at Gyan Bharti Vidyapeeth (2001-2002).
