Earlier roles include Service Desk & Support Service Manager at Qatar Financial Centre Authority and Desktop & Service Desk Support Manager at The British Library, where extensive IT service delivery and support were managed. Richard's career began as a Service Delivery Manager at XKO Networks, and as IT CSI Manager at Silicon Valley Services. Richard holds a diploma in Business Continuity Management.
