Helena Ericsson is an experienced IT Competence Manager at NCC since January 2021, bringing a wealth of leadership and project management expertise from previous roles, including Group Manager Sales Store H&M IT at H&M and various managerial positions at CGI. At H&M, Helena led a diverse team focused on payment solutions within physical stores. At CGI, responsibilities spanned operational management and quality control for a large workforce, as well as oversight of IT service maintenance for HR systems. Prior to these roles, Helena managed consultants at Logica and contributed to CRM projects at WM-data. Helena's foundational experience includes project management at Ericsson and a design internship at Utvecklingsdesign. Helena holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Economics from Linköping University.
