Raul Alex Moreno, MSHRM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in privacy operations and customer success. Since May 2021, Raul has served as Program Manager for Global Privacy Operations at Meta, where responsibilities include managing U.S. privacy rights and coordinating legal obligations across Meta's platforms. Prior roles include Privacy Program Specialist within Meta's Legal Operations, and various positions at Square, including Escalations Manager and Recruiting Coordinator, where Raul focused on enhancing customer experience and team training. Earlier career experiences at Apple and Geek Squad provided a strong foundation in technical support and customer service. Raul holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Francisco State University. Additionally, Raul has contributed to the community as a Karate Instructor in South San Francisco, holding a 1st Degree Black Belt in Shinkyu Shotokan.
