Joel Resplandor has over 15 years of experience in database management and finance/accounting. Currently serving as a Database Business Systems Specialist for the City of South San Francisco since January 2008, Joel has developed expertise in business systems related to finance and accounting. Prior to this role, Joel worked as a Security Administrator at ABD Insurance & Financial Services from February 2007 to January 2008. Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of California, Davis, earned between 1998 and 2003.
