Previously, Shaun worked at SSE plc in various positions, notably as the Treating Customers Fairly & Principles-based Regulation Manager, engaging stakeholders to foster a customer-centric corporate culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Shaun’s extensive experience spans customer service, continuous improvement, and management roles, contributing to successful outcomes across diverse teams and initiatives.
