Matthew West is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, marketing, and customer service. Currently serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at SSE plc since July 2019, Matthew is responsible for coordinating employee focus groups, creating educational materials, and representing Neos Network at external forums. Previously, as a Marketing Assistant and Program Developer at Toople.com, Matthew worked on social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation. Matthew's career also includes a significant tenure at DSGi Business in roles focused on customer service and IT consulting. Matthew obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oxford Brookes University between 2013 and 2017, enriching a strong foundation in politics and sociology.
