Richard Wise is the Supplier Diversity Program Administrator at Citizens Energy Group, a position held since June 2011, where responsibility includes managing a robust supplier diversity program aimed at empowering certified minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses within the company's utilities. Prior to this role, Richard served as Administrator for the City of Indianapolis' Department of Public Works for five years, focusing on environmental compliance and promoting minority business participation in city contracts. Richard co-founded the Indiana Capacity Center for the Management of Onsite/Decentralized Systems, Inc. and held the title of Co-director of the Indiana Rural Community Assistance Program at the Indiana Community Action Agency, facilitating essential services for small rural communities. Richard holds an M.B.A. from Anderson University and a B.S. in Psychology from Indiana State University.
