Carolyn Greer serves as the Associate General Counsel for Property and Legal Support Services at Neos Networks since July 2016, previously holding the position of Commercial Contracts Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Contracts Officer for Angus Council, managing bespoke contracts within the People Directorate, and working as a Legal Advisor and Contracts Analyst at Hydrasun, where responsibilities involved drafting agreements and optimizing contract revenues. Additional experience includes a role as Legal Advisor/Solicitor at Expro, focusing on major contracts in the oil and gas sector, and completing a traineeship at DLA Piper. Carolyn holds a Diploma in Legal Practice and an LLB (Hons) in Scots Law from the University of Dundee and is working towards a Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply qualification.
