Ivana M. is an experienced Solutions Engineer at SSE Energy Solutions since July 2020, specializing in medium to high voltage networks integrated with renewable energy and storage systems. Previous roles include Energy Engineer positions where Ivana led projects to enhance energy efficiency in commercial buildings and successfully secured funding through public schemes. Ivana's foundational experience includes co-founding a family-run hostel in Croatia, internships at the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency and Pioneers.io, and early work in integrated drilling services. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Building Energy Design from Aalborg University, and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Energy Production and Supply and Oil Engineering, respectively, from the University of Zagreb.
