Dawn Dingee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and business analysis. Currently serving as a Product Owner at SSCS, Inc. since April 2019, Dawn specializes in collaborating with customers and internal teams to develop business requirements, prioritize product backlogs, and translate these into user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Prior to this role, Dawn worked at Vodafone from October 2011 to March 2019 as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, where responsibilities included gathering requirements for functional and non-functional changes and creating Epics and user stories. Earlier in the career, from June 2004 to October 2011, Dawn held the position of Business Analyst Manager at Epicor Software, overseeing document quality and collaborating with stakeholders to produce accurate technical and functional documentation. Dawn holds an AAS degree in Computer Science from Dutchess Community College.
