Shawn Welsh serves as the Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations at SS&C Technologies since July 2022. Previously, Shawn held the position of Senior Vice President of General Operations at Blue Prism, where responsibilities included redesigning the quote to cash process for improved revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility, along with leading the Customer Office as Chief of Staff. Shawn has also contributed as a Board Advisor at IoTM Solutions Ltd. and as Senior Vice President of Product Line Management and Marketing at Telular, where significant achievements included architecting a telematics SaaS offering and transitioning the go-to-market strategy to increase recurring revenue. Earlier roles included senior management positions at Motorola and MeshNetworks, with foundational experience as a Systems Engineer at SkyTel. Shawn holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mississippi College.
