Martin Orbach is an experienced compliance and regulatory technology leader with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President at SS&C Technologies since June 2011, Martin Orbach leads the RegTech surveillance product - Risk & Compliance Intelligence, overseeing regulatory content and compliance test libraries for a SaaS platform. Previously, Martin co-founded Subserveo and directed AML and regulatory product offerings at ACL/Subserveo. Martin held senior roles at BlackPearl, WISE Capital, and Bear Stearns & Co, focusing on compliance policy, surveillance, and navigating regulatory investigations. Martin Orbach holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Africa.
