Heather Felgenhauer is an experienced safety and security professional currently serving as the Safety and Security Manager at SSAB since April 2018, with previous roles including Safety Coordinator, Safety Specialist, and Safety Assistant. Prior to this, Heather worked at Starbucks as a barista from August 2016 to May 2022, and held the position of Clinique Consultant at Ulta Beauty from May 2017 to April 2018. Educationally, Heather possesses a Master's degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling and a Master's degree in Psychology, both obtained from Purdue Global, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the same institution.
