Richard (Rick) Lentini has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Richard (Rick) is currently serving as the Director of Compensation & Compliance at SSA Marine since July 2022. Prior to this role, Richard was a Partner at Miller Nash LLP from February 2019 to August 2022, where they also held the position of Senior Counsel briefly in February 2019. Before joining Miller Nash LLP, they worked at Ryan, Swanson, & Cleveland, PLLC as a Partner for over three decades from September 1988 to February 2019.

Richard (Rick) Lentini has a J.D., with honors from the University of Washington School of Law. Prior to that, they earned a B.A., summa cum laude from George Fox University, with a focus on Writing and Literature.
