Becky Koke has extensive experience in IT systems management and application administration, currently serving as the Manager of IT Systems at SSA Group since September 2021. Prior roles include Senior Application Administrator at San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, where responsibilities encompassed configuring and troubleshooting ticketing systems and maintaining database integrity for over 4 million constituents. Becky's career at San Diego Zoo Safari Park included positions as Senior Guest Services Lead, providing training and support for the Guest Services team, and Guest Service Representative. Academically, Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from UC Irvine.
