David Hayes is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital since December 2018 and at SRVS since October 2019. Additionally, David has been serving as an Occupational Therapist at Regional One Health since July 2014 and previously worked with Shelby County Schools from November 2007 to July 2014. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Kentucky University and has pursued further education at Eastern Kentucky University.
