Hakeem Alade is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and infrastructure roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at SRT Marine Systems plc since September 2018, Hakeem previously held positions including Technical Support Engineer at the same company and IT Support Engineer at ADT Systems, where responsibilities included on-site support for networking and IT issues. Hakeem's earlier roles also include IT Support Technician at GDS International, Mobile Device Manager at MITIE, and Deployment Engineer at Phoenix (IT Infrastructure Services), among others. Hakeem holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Digital Media from the University of the West of England, complemented by a National Diploma in Information Technology Practitioners.
