Shruti Barve is an experienced professional in Human Resources, currently serving as a Senior Executive at SRS Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd since March 2019, following roles as Human Resources Executive and Human Resources Trainee within the same company. Prior to this, Shruti gained experience as a Recruiter during a summer internship at Corporate Ladder Consultants Private Limited in mid-2018. Educationally, Shruti holds a Master of Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Pillai Institute of Management Studies and Research (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
