Owen Holm serves as the Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations & Capital Raising at SROA Capital, a position held since May 2020, after previously holding the role of Director of Investor Relations & Capital Raising. Prior to SROA Capital, Owen Holm was the Director of Marketing & Investor Relations at Crescendo Real Estate Partners from July 2018 to May 2020 and worked as an Associate at Kildonan Castle Asset Management, L.P. from February 2013 to May 2018. Earlier professional experiences include roles as a Research Associate at Coleman Research Group, a Staff Assistant in the Office of Congressman Erik Paulsen, and Summer Analyst positions at Northland Securities and Covington Associates. Owen Holm holds a BA in Political Science: American Politics from Williams College, attained in 2010, and completed secondary education at The Blake School.
